this argument demonstrates how out of kilter everything has become in today's society.

I have been of the opinion that all sorts of costs and structures are unsustainable.

I suspect many business models no longer work.

How can a pensioner or unemployed person possibly survive in this day and age?

How can low income earners afford rent,let alone other basic everyday items?

How can a young couple possibly afford to buy a house at $400k minimum?

The answer is they cant.

A period of deflation is headed our way for this very reason.

I have long argued that the cure for high prices is high prices.

It will be painful but necessary.
