LED lighting has been implemented already in 250 out of 350 stores at least. This might generate some $$$ savings this FY. Also I sense from the fy presentation that TRS is implementing erp planning system for better promotion and seasonal planning at sku at stores level.

So as you said this H1 is a key for the future. If the business stabilises and delivers $17 mil npat we will return where it belongs - $7.

I also like the Phase 3 statement in the FY presentation in Breakthrough section:
"Early exploration of additional growth strategies - early stagies of option development"
Preparing for acquisition??? I like that they already plan for it.
