I am a holder and I think there is great holding & trading potential in this stock. However to say that they are too busy at the land titles office for there not to be enough time to check the vaildity of holdings etc is poor. I am sure there is a lot of potential buying/selling of land in this area and millions of dollars of investment being pumped through that too hold up deals of this size for that reason is strange and if it is the vaild reason then it will continue in the future for all companies in the area.
