wogboy, I don't fully understand why there has been a delay, but logic tells me that if the buyer was 100% committed they would have payed up in full by today. Up til now the SP has been a dream to be ride up, but perhaps a few days in the low 6s is on the cause just to settle the hype.

Would be a good buy at these levels though, remember that the land deal will go through eventually!!
