Well found article!!
Looking at PCL and the movement on Cove it is not much of a stretch to see some movement on PCL by a major. When ypu see the majors selling off the refineries and looking for oil and couple this to the reports that have been circulating on the prospects in Africa, PCL looks to be a buy given the free carry it has etc.
