ok reality check time. First disclosure - Im a big fan of PCL and have some knowledge of East Africa.


Firstly the big boys are not going to take over a speculative explorer such as PCL. They will pay for whats been drilled and is in the ground.


Second need to ask the question whether Kenya is any relationship to Tanzania/Mozambique geologically.

The game down south is now all about maneouvring to participate in massive LNG developments. There is a path to making money there.

Kenya in the north is going to be about oil, if hydrocarbons exist at all.

So while the current excitement in east Africa is definitely good for PCL, it doesnt fly to extrapolate events necessarily Kenya as they seem to be two different investment propositions.
