I can't see that there is an issue here. All of the share sales by Peter Alexander make logical sense, if you look at this from a personal perspective. He was Managing Director and CEO of the company until his retirement in January 2008. He is now a non-executive director. Since his retirment he has slowly sold down his holding. This selling seems quite sensible for a person who has retired. The last three share sales by Mr Anderson were: 19 Nov 09 - 34k share for $139k 21 Sep 09 - 16k for $68k 2 Jul 09 - 150k for $676k. There does not seem to be any more to this than a retired executive selling down his entitlement in retirement. There is no evidence in this to suggest that either the or the DOM directors 'know something' negative the market does not. A director selling may in some cases indicate 'insider awareness' of a negative situation but in this case I beg to differ.
