Because the report is merely an opinion and not a guaranteed prediction of a share price . I have wondered how they could get a positive DCF Val with the next 3 years of negative income ( as per Pitt St piece). Think the share price of 10.5 cents today is what we call the "Market Value" and tracking south IMO
