The report concludes that DCL has a scalable business operation, an experienced management team, and a latent demand for its products. It has received approval for EquityRelease and in H2 2019, this product will start adding to the company’s topline. DCL sells its products directly to end customers, as well as throughfinancial intermediaries, while its competitors mainly sell directly to endcustomers. Rising demand for its products, increasing FUM, and betteroperational efficiencies are expected to contribute to a potential re-rating ofthe stock. Based on their base and bull case DCF calculation, they've set afair value range of A$0.35–0.46.
