The daily SP value volumes still look very light given all the hype following the recent announcement ie:
1st Feb - $47K
4th Feb- $43K
5th Feb- 0
6th Feb- $10.7K
7th Feb- $1.2K
I used 10 cents as a average SP which may either slightly over/ under estimate these numbers.

My guess is the market is probably still waiting for the detail, figure it cant be long now.
