Additionally, do you think that the royal commission will kill lending or the property market? The mortgage market is $1.6trillion and you think because there is tighter lending that DCL will be detrimentally affected? If anything, tighter lending would mean that one of the only ways to enter the property market would be to invest through fractional property platforms like DCL.

Also thoughts on equity release? With reverse mortgages effectively dead, there is a massive unmet need to unlock value from property for elderly people and DCL's prospective equity release product will be the ONLY way for baby boomers to extract their capital. How big do you think that market is?
