determined to continue committing their crimes. ankle bracelets can be removed if a person is determined. theres also a complete lack of insight with serious offenders. the sense of injustice overwhelms the legal sense to comply and defensive people cannot recognise that their offences are an injustice. they more often think the injustice has ben done to them.
