I've had dozens of incidents which would be cause of complaint - but, I've never been offended or complained
I have found offence in that I understand that if I had done anything similar that at some time in the future, those actions could be used against me - and loudly
It's a real problem in society - and very complex. We have things like the hegemony of masculinity in society, and we have the Harvey Weinsteins of the world, but we also have an entire raft of perfectly normal and generally harmless actions which seem to get thrown out in the bath complete with baby and bathwater
and I do complain about such things that are so clearly obvious - that people go out of their way to make themselves 'attractive' then, they go out at night and get pissed and end up on a couch somewhere - and it's 'someone else's fault' -----
