Yep I think we have all seen by the Higgins case that gathering evidence instead of he did she did scenario is vital. Alternatively I think communicating copnstantly with girlfriends or parents or work colleagues would be handy where there's very little evidence to support the claim. Most blokes who act on anger though I doubt would be capable of leaving an invisible trail, more just dumb luck if they did. People having a camera and a tape recorder in their pockets also comes in handy.
