So the murder of a man is somehow less important than the murder of a woman? What are these activists doing about the fact that men are twice as likely to be murdered than woman and that male suicide is THREE times that of women?
"its up to us to show we don't tolerate violence in any circumstance." - like with violent home invasions, etc??? Why aren't these protestors demanding aboriginal men be locked up? Of course, that's because aboriginal women don't count. Only white men are responsible for domestic violence, right?
