There needs to be a Register of male and female abusers. This needs to be followed up with some serious partner selection training, red flags etc as well as counselling for people who unfortunately keep selecting unsuitable partners. Then maybe we can breed out offenders over a long time. If they cant get a partner then they cant have kids who will take the same behaviour on when they become adults. Reality is token changes will happen which will not make much difference.
