let’s not pretend that there aren’t men who do the same. Or women who never make it to court because they can’t afford the process or are too scared. I think it has a lot to do with the quality of the human, the desire for payback or sense of entitlement and who has worked.
I can tell you that it’s galling to discover you owe an abusive shit bag money when they didn’t work, gambled, sat on their arse, needed constant toys as a show of love, and who was happy to use violence to get what they want. (And if I need to I can try to explain the process by which one finds oneself in the predicament and staying in it because in retrospect it was nuts )
I guess men may feel the same - I can’t talk for them but I do know enough women who have been done over to be confident that it isn’t a one way thing
