Yep you are right there. From a male point of view it sucks to be thought of only as an atm in the court process particularly when kids are involved and dads are fighting for access. It would be rare for males to seek avos purely for gain in a family court process. You are right though on the other side of the fence some women would walk away due to fear. The process sucks and there are no easy fixes best I can think of is to decouple money and kids more in the process
