I am busy but came across a few things to share here.
The female's behaviour before these events happen is never mentioned. We won't have much change in the stats until all factors are looked at. I am quite sure sometimes all blame is on the bad egg man. I am just as sure many times the blame is shared to different degrees.
I think the sale of alcohol being approved in the problem NT communities need looking at. PLUS the elders there need to be asked a few questions as to why their influence is ignored.
Exile used to fix some problems ie the problem was removed for good. Many ancient cultures did this and it gets a mention in The Bible too.
