Unfortunately, the property I am buying does not have anywhere to build an outhouse. It is on the side of a hill and there is nowhere to build one. The only possibility would be to install it under the house where there is plenty of space. However, there is no vehicular access to the back yard to get under the house. Unless the battery can be manhandled to the area, the garage is the only option. That said, I will begrudge losing the space in the garage. :-(
