    Dyso....Pem took a small Silver position...hedged...this was due to the Chinese taking a 51% in this company..was part of the deal...by the CHinese to get it done..so yes it was a Master Stroke to buy out their hedge,,,in Silver..Pem are making $$$ and so is CBH which at 9.5c is a steal...I hold both
