Dyso, I think Pita has answered your question; however to further illustrate - Perilya paid CDEA US$55 million in consideration for releasing Perilya from its obligation to
deliver a further approximately 11.2 million ounces of silver to CDEA from its Broken Hill
operations. The 11.2 million ounces had a face value of approximately US$145 million
(basis US$13.00/oz).
The hedge they took in consideration as security against US$50M loan, was > than the US$13/oz - average US$14.85 and is not representative of total Q production; the rest is being delivered into the current spot price US$19/oz. The capital raised under the RI is to the high silver content IMO. I could go on.....
