no. learn from what mcconnell/rove etc do - they are the masters
if you want to rig a game you rig the system and the rules - not the individual play. that is far less likely to be even questioned because the frogs are in the hot water together
and best of all is when you can do it legallly.
thats what mcconnell has done at every turn with US supreme court - what rove did with driving the re-districting campaigns that have given reps better likelihood of winning the EC. what murdoch and the koch brothers had been doing for years and years prior
what you dont do is high risk high visibility tangible fraud in the most visible and contentious swing states like PA, WI, MI
the risk vs reward equation is terrible
