re: Dominion investors If you buy DOM now you will be buying at a better price than the recent purchases by private and institutional investors. Now the market doesnt like calls for capital so DOM has bypassed the long processes for capital raising by doing it privately. They are fairly large licks of money. Ill bet the existing major holders have pyramided thier holding costs that they have been accumulating since 98 & 99 .The higher up the food chain you are the better the research you can do and access. Responsible management will do enough exploration to be fairly certain that follow up is warranted but not go all out till the market is ripe to receive the news. I think this is a classic sprint for production by building up reserves .The future is being compressed down to the present.
