Just to say my somewhat obvious point again is that you will have a class of investor who likes the pure play LNG tolling industry as an investment theme as seen in the continued interest in Cheniere but will wait till BTAs, FERC, FID or until construction starts as a matter of risk management. Whereas currently you have the less risk averse hedge funds looking to chase the big gains by getting in earlier. So Im sure there are some large US insto investors looking at Maggy project progress with much interest, as we saw with Cheniere go up a lot during the construction phase. And it I think supports again the obvious conclusion that full value recognition will be done over time and not as soon as BTAs are signed.
