Mike MyPillow, Sidney and Rudy lose second (yes that is second) appeal to try and dismiss Dominion’s defamation against them.
(With all their election “fraud” evidence why would they try and dismiss the case? I would be keen to present it and “release the kraken”. )
(Hopefully we get a sneak peek at some of the “evidence” if Sidney “releases the kraken” if and when she appears at Jan 6 committee hearing).
What a fab week they have had, what with Jan 6 committee subpoenas, Mike’s bank supposedly pulling the plug on him and now this.
Could it get any worse for them? Stay stuned I’m sure it can!

“In the latest setback for Mike Lindell, an appeals court has declined to halt Dominion Voting's $1.3 billion libel case.
The court rejected arguments by Lindell's lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, that it should step in early and throw out the case on First Amendment grounds.”
