I just think that if I was entity with a large amount of cash, I would slowly purchase as many shares around this price as I could and when I sense that I've got most of what people are willing to sell I'd buy a couple big chunks and push the price into the 17.5c area and then sell my shares to any willing to buy, then do that several times over.

It happens quite often across many shares.

From an investment point of view, I'd like to see at least 1 big contract to start to generate revue for this company before I'd buy in for the long term.
