Anyone here have thoughts on Domino's GPS tracking technology dispute?
I just read this article on *:

The article says that Domino's Federal court hearing will begin on the 27th November - that's this coming Monday!
If Domino's lose, would this mean Domino's customers won't be able to use GPS Driver Tracker anymore? Surely that would cost them sales, wouldn't it?
Domino's are supposed to disclose these kind of risks to shareholders, aren't they?
