Im questioning the factoring in of other possibilities apart from a few cents for Mumbwa D12.

Why?

Because the unit issue for Perkoa raising was done at 31c which implies a high % of the current sp is Perkoa factored.

ALSO dont forget that this unit issue would have been done at a discount as reward for any substantial holders taking a significant part in this issue which we know is close to fact(If we had definitive disclosure statements we'd know wouldnt we.But when consideration is given as "various" it leaves much open to interpretation.).

The point here being that the REAL value that should be put on the Perkoa issue would be say a couple of cents higher at 35c bringing the sp into line with current sp when factoring in a few cents for Mumbwa.
