The above heading made interesting reading, and I was confused in taking some sections onboard, not a lawyer's brain, however, near the end it touched on value of shares, that made sense but even that left one in doubt as to an outcome which could be looked at as being fair.
I tend to take the worst scenario, this is where who ever is proposing a takeover, they will try through their lawyers/legal team to get it for nothing, but somehow the major holders seem to come out ahead, I know it reads they are not supposed to, but these people are in contact with whoever, and seem to get the inside running.
It would be nice to have information from the company to everyone(S/H), as to the likely outcome for them, and when things are proposed to happen. This sort of information would have to be through the ASX I would have thought, so no point in ringing the office, but one lives in hope.
