Did you see the big calls :
Pay freeze 2013.
Bonus reduction.
Equity scheme cuts.
Not sure why there is even talk of a bonus in the first place - its always the same with the public companies how they crap on about keeping key staff on mega base $ along with bonus & incentive schemes when the SP is headed south.
It's irrelevant that market prices are low - these guys are managing the business so if the profit slips because the sell price drops ...then they need to see the pain in their wallets just like us shareholders do
To me there is only one measure of a company performance - that's the SP direction - and the management deserve zippo for the current performance......they should be thanking us shareholders for keeping them in a job by taking a nil bonus and nil options.
