They already had issues drilling Venus. Due to weather, they stood down for three days and then had to side track round an jammed pipe. Of course all this made more difficult, due to ultra deep water. Venus West is in even deeper water .........this is serious shiit exploration at record depths
It must be a factor, from a water depth prospective, that Saturn would be more favourable to develop, than the excessively deep waters of Venus West and PEL87 is also closer to port
