There is bugger all chance that PCL will not get to the next phase.
They will get the required amount 3d siesmic, even if they have to do a cap raise to get the funds. And no i don't believe that will happen, although I'd be all for it if they did. That would ensure better terms moving forward.
They will get an appropriate partner to bring this to fruition.
