bit of a black hat question...
when is it 'too late' to complete the permit retention requirements?
we can't complete a 3D seismic shoot in a month so there is a date prior to actual lease expiry when its likely we won't be able to retain it.
I also wonder how this would play into a potential farm-in partners decision - if the timeline to meet retention requirements it perceived to be too hard, do they wait on the sidelines to bid for the lease when it is re-released instead
