Do we have to go over this again Chuckles?

The first one is easy to refute.

The Suez Canal intervention started because a newly elected socialist government in Egypt nationalized it and broke an agreement with the people that built it for them.

You may note that the British and Chinese governments kept their agreement for 99 years regarding Hong Kong which is quite incredible considering they have vastly different types of government.

Oh and by the way the Suez Canal was subject to 99 year agreement as well.
Most of the Toll roads you drive on in Australia are subject to long term leases some on 99 year leases.

Most of these problems have there cause in broken agreements and deception.
