Let's say some idiot invested around $750K from his super fund over the past 5 years in RED5
to acrue a sizable 400K shares averaging around $1.80 per share.
And now through RED5's benevolence they will let him buy another 150K @ 10c to avoid dilution
Total holding after taking up offer 550K
To avoid dilution a current holder with 400K of shares would need to purchase nearly 2 million shares
@ 10c to retain the same percentage of the company he once held.
If no shares are taken up this investment is now worth $40K
Think I'd vote NO
Whats another $40K down the tubes after this debacle ?
