I am not down ramping I have been here since 2010 and seen a lot of people get burnt.
Yes you are correct they were a spec company, but when you miss deadlines,waste holders money on pointless activities and guide a business the way they have with some of our money it must stop now.

We have seen 50 odd people come on here trying to protect or prop up CCC support and I did enjoy that, but the sp still went down.

Directors and management could help the sp if they wanted to.
Just how many times could they have gone into a halt and protected the sp just with those actions.

Hiring someone to grab insto support.

Bottom line is they have failed and maybe in breach and at the end of the day if there is no case, but take a look at all the other the other cases that have been done for similar things.
