Yeah Volte looks like he is covering himself against criticism that WPL has not moved into the CSG game to take advantage of local vs overseas gas prices (and because he sold a HEAP of LNG to China and Japan at giveaway prices!!!). He goes on to say he won't rule out buying into a CSG project. And why are Shell, Petronas and BG buying up gas reserves in Australia .. because they know they will be valuable and they are securing future supply. Very self-serving Volte's comments I reckon.
