    Donaco's new hotel casino facility in Lao Cai , Vietnam is to open on May 18.

    The company says the "soft opening" is on schedule following receipt of an amended government investment certificate.

    Question: What's the difference between a "soft" opening and a "hard" opening?

    If there is a difference, when is the "hard" opening due.
