last time donaco engage with Somboon. Star Vegas was raking in$60mn AUD EBITDA per year.


Things only got nasty, after Somboon got cut-off. Plenty ofcasinos work with the devil to turn a profit.

Somboon in a way, is much more tame than.. CROWN dealingwith suncity (mafia/triad). It was all over the news late last year.

Joey Lim should have just continued the arrangement with Somboon and notdisturb the status quo.. ASM just picking up and cleaning up the messJoey left.. Clean slate going forward.

if this was a new IPO, and donaco raise money to built or buy the 2casino.. share would be raise at 30 cents.

People say that institution won’t touch this.. Well what is ASM then, aren’tthey a $1 billion dollar hedge fund.

ASM bought into Donaco at 23 cents per share. Knowing full well thesituation regarding Somboon and the legal stoush. They obviously have a planfor Donaco. Only they didn’t expect COVID-19.. no body expected it.

Sure, Australian fund won’t touch DNA. But the Asian funds will, andthat’s why I suggest for DNA to be dual list in Australia and Thai, or HK.
