It begs the question - where is the best impact, Government taking this money and doing something with it, or these private companies keeping it and re-investing?

I don't think any corporate can afford to hang on to these profits, i think they'll put them to better use than the government.

Bring back the domestic P&L rather than shift funds from satellite sales offices for offshore tax savings. Doing this brings back the demand for deep P&L experience rather than 30 year olds having titles like 'Head of' or GM.
