that could be true - like the ones in Britain who didn't want to leave but, couldn't be bothered to vote --- duh!!
I don't think the protests will make a difference - Trump likes to be noticed - his insecurity forces that.
the real story will begin when he takes office and finds a LOT of friction in his own team - and begins to do the only thing he knows how to do -------- fire them - and get someone else.
I think he will spend most of his first months doing that constantly - because he just cannot brook opposition - and even less criticism.
He will rapidly learn that Congress and government is NOT a business and he is NOT the boss -- the danger is - that he might try pushing some buttons to prove his power - and, god knows what the results will be.
IMO - his own mob will be trying to move against him early - however they can.
I have no doubts they would have been talking about it weeks ago - and, IMO - it will come down to impeachment via misdemeanor, accident or bullet.
He has really set himself up for it ---------- I do notice that he hasn't insulted the Secret Service (or has tried to do so, less so) ------------- no prizes for why.
The SS is no match for a determined group however.
Aside from them - his biggest protector will be Putin - his commo mate -- who the righties magically love
