What I intimated was why, if Donald has smart bombs/missiles, could these "smart" weapons not have been used to destroy ISIS quickly?????? Why did it take the entry of the Ruskies to bring about their destruction?????? That WAS the reason we are there after all!!

Trump may be trying to clean up the swamp in Washington DC. Let me assure you that the swamp is very much alive in the ME and, very sadly, much of it is our making, IMO!!
