Great news,all done and dusted. They are meeting in China early next month to complete the finance arrangements and expect to draw down on it by 30th Sept.
The fire crackers have just gone off, I will be celebrating with a nice bottle of wine tonight, I would like to take this opportunity to thank those posters that have been on board for some time for keeping the faith when at times it looked grim, you know who you are.
