I expect some buying today...the story is becoming clear.
DA was key to Exergen going ahead, they needed the real money and once you have Gov backing, its game on.
I would assume very shortly a major announcement from Exergen....the leader in DICE/MRC!
This was the game changer. A Signature policy!
