They wouldn’t all walk, they wouldn’t even know each other mate.
Plenty of work around anyway, rate is what it is and it’s pretty decent in W.A at the moment from what I hear, I pay around $1.30 for face brick in Melbourne at the moment, $7 for block ($11ish core filled)
Usually the volume builders will pay your mortgage/rent if they go past contract date, it’s not much though, 3k per month is a good buffer.
They wouldn’t all walk, they wouldn’t even know each other...
