Lot of ignorant & ill-informed opinions getting thrown around here, you (and everyone else) should know that the builder is responsible from start to finish on a project/build, exceptions with elements of plumbing and electrical, the rest is on us, you can’t just have a machine laying blocks and relax, it’s all on us despite what one of your fellow “investors” rambles on about.
