    According to the CCZ report recently with a price from 60cents to 80cents Ansteel gets from around 36 to 42%. This is effectively control. That is why I think the board should negotiate for a full takeover and a premium on that, which I hope would be at $1.50. It is much cleaner for all concerned. Alas I am dreaming ...
