    PT, why should centro shareholders bail out CNP for free? You would you do a deal that is not adding value. If the end result is nothing changes then why do this consolidation and take on the potential off balance sheet liabilities of CNP (i.e. legals). We (CER) are in a stronger position to negotiate a better deal and maximise value then why shouldnt we?
