Why don't they highlight CER's rights in the event of any attempted sale of those assets by CNP/Administrator.
The board spent millions of $$$ with advisors..surely they should have placed more emphysis/plans on the likely event CNP goes into administration and negoiate a strategic position for CER in this event.
This all just proves the boards position is, and was always going to be aligned with the hedge funds/banks..hence the scare tactics...shame,shame,shame
